Due to the widespread pandemic of COVID, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has been experiencing higher-than-usual delays in delivering packages. For orders outside of the United States, these delays are further increased by the receiving country’s customs department. We have noticed most international country’s customs clearance for packages from the United States taking up to 45 days before being released and delivered to the final address.
Unfortunately, after the parcel has shipped, there is very little we are able to do with International shipments, especially when it is in the hands of the local country’s customs department. If you are waiting on your tracking information to update, and it has been more than 2 weeks, we recommend contacting your local customs department with the tracking information to see how long it will take to be cleared, and if they can possibly expedite the clearance process.
USPS packages take the longest to clear customs. To automatically receive expedited customs clearance, please choose FedEx at checkout. Because of the delays caused by customs being a factor outside of our control, we are unable to process refunds on shipping delays caused by customs clearance until this pandemic is over.
Thank you for your understanding, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes all of us.
