All products we sell are covered under a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty, which takes effect on the date the item is purchased. If, during that first year after the purchase date, any defects happen to arise, simply follow the claim instructions below to obtain a replacement. The warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only, any damage caused outside of this scope (i.e. misuse of the product, intentional acts, animal damage, etc.), is not covered and would require to purchase the damaged/lost piece from the shop.
File a Claim:
1. Save any documentation you may have confirming the purchase date.
2. Take a photo of the defective piece.
3. Email us the photo and date of purchase at email@example.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim”.
